Who doesn't want to save money on scrapbooking. It seems it can all add up quickly...a few Bling Blings here and there, some cool paper to go with the cute brad you want to use on your page because it coordinates with an element in the photograph, then the new scrapbook tool is a MUST, right?! I've used cute clothing tags before too. Also, clips and other fun stuff from the office supply store. I'll have to check out the other tips as it's all about saving $$
