Here is a picture of the new Fiskars finger tip knife. It is ergonomically correct when holding it. You slip your pointer finger from underneath the circle and guide it with your thumb and pointer finger.... Have fun with this new tool!

I don't have a steady hand and have a problem with a regular craft knife would this work better in a case like mind?

Hi Chrissy-Yes, the fingertip craft knife would work better by giving you more control where the blade will go. I can't wait for you to try it out!!!
